During your 1:1 in depth coaching sessions, you will have a chance to identify your sources of stress and energy drains, how these depleting emotional states affect your physiology and how to apply HeartMath® energy management tools and techniques to self regulate, on demand, in your daily life. You will also have the opportunity to investigate your personal Heart Rate Variability (HRV) in real time, the importance of mindfulness, meditation and emotional intelligence.

When you begin to see, feel and experience alignment among your physical, mental and emotional systems, you will see yourself as the self regulating powerful being that you are.
